Shipping Info: chOOn!! operates a same/following day despatch policy on orders once receipt of payment has been received. We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. Proofs of postage are retained for each individual item.

UK delivery times – orders should be received 3-4 days after dispatch.

Europe delivery times – orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 4-5 days after dispatch.

Rest of the world delivery times – orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 7-12 days after dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail considers a UK package lost after 15 working days from shipping date. International packages are considered lost after 25 working days.

Return Policy: Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to chOOn!! unopened together with the original invoice. chOOn!! will refund you the purchase price of the goods but not the postage costs unless we are at fault.
